Each of them is qualified in their area of expertise and has the authority to make decisions. You’ll deal with the same professional every time. And our telephones are always answered by real people—someone you can actually talk to.

Regis co-founder Carlos Saladrigas Sr. is a pioneer in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry.

In 1984, when the industry was in its infancy, he co-founded the Vincam Group, Inc. Under his guidance Vincam became the industry leader and set the standards for excellence, integrity, innovation and world-class service. It became the largest Hispanic owned business in the United States and was profitably sold to the world’s largest payroll provider.

In 2008, Carlos with his son, Carlos, Jr., founded Regis HR Group, based on the same values and principles and with the goal to – once again – bring innovative leadership and outstanding customer service to the PEO industry.
